If PPC doesn't recognize your code as supplied, the procedure is to download your code to the PPC, then hook the PPC up to your computer and use the provided zipped file updateppcv13.exe to read your code from the PPC and transfer to BSR's server. They then modify your code and notify you when you can download the new code to your PPC.

It's all done with updateppcv13.exe, but you need to get a login and password first. Is that what you did?
