Have them check with Tech II

First, you should do some sort of measure using mileage markers and a stopwatch. All Saab's speedos read a little high.
While you are at your service, have them check the speedo with the Tech II. Make sure it is set for the 17" Aero wheels/tires, which actually have a smaller rolling diameter than the 16" wheels.
