the air intake was loose and I cleaned and reseated the O ring and made it tight. The noise seems to be much reduced now when driving around with the window open and in sports mode. I even drove past the same buildings and heard what I think is a faint woosh. Am I to assume this is a reasonable fix?
I see what you mean about the real Saab experience, exept how much of it is me and how much of it is the car :)
