Although I had one epsode there that was not handled to my satisfaction,I had bought two 9000's from Central Saab in Lawrence,which is actually the dealership that Woodworth bought to get the Saab franchise. They later absorbed Best Saab in Haverhill. Woodworth could not solve a simple problem with my 9000 Aero that my independent eventually took care of,and the car ran poorly for about 10,000 miles till I finally decided I did not want to be used as the service department's crash test dummy anymore. Problem turned out to be a bad MAP sensor( part of the engine management syatem).
Anyway, Gary Blakes generally gets far higher ratings in this area,but our region is also rich with well qualified Saab independents,like the one I had previously referred you to.Blakes once tried to diagnose a faulty ignition switch in my ex-wife's 900 that was slightly out of warranty. They did not actually solve the problem, and I was promptly reimbursed by Saab for the error, but the dealer should have stepped up to the bar and admitted that they did not actually correct the problem,therefore should not have charged me. Friend have their cars worked on at Blakes with no complaint,other than cost. Surely a safe bet for you.
