For your temps, just about anything will be fine for cold starts. After a few minutes, the oil is up to temp and thats all there is to it.
Mobil 1 Truck and SUV is the 5W40. At Walmart.
Water cooled turbo's are not fussy about oil. There were issues years ago before water cooled turbos and that lingers on. Today the stress points for oil are the cams and upper piston ring. So all engines, turbo or not, have the upper piston ring as the critical hot spot.
