and given that they did two things at once, no way to know what they screwed up unless you take it all apart. Try to get the attention of a manager, or, to save your skin, go to a custom radio shop and have them straighten it all out. Letting Circuit City inside your car may have been a mistake - all the posts here on the speakers are DIY with specific instructions, and letting a high school kid do it instead without watching could be a big mistake.
