You should replace the top idler pulley (easiest to replace) when you do the belt at 60,000 miles, but I would no longer replace the center pulley. fsik recently posted the Gates part number of a shorter belt which will allow the center pulley to be by-passed. Your old center pulley (the hardest to replace)can now be abandoned in place.
Your belt tensioner pulley may not yet need replacement. It will have to be your call (or your mechanic's) whether to do it now or at a later service interval - possibly 120,000 miles. The top idler pulley is quite small - maybe only 2-1/2 inch O.D. - so it spins at nearly 3 times engine speed, thus causing the bearings to fail much quicker. The tensioner pulley spins at a speed closer to engine speed and its bearings will usually last longer.
Yes, I have had a Dealer install parts that I delivered to him when I dropped off my car. They installed a Bosch brand rebuilt alternator on my Astro van with nearly 100,000 miles after I failed at replacing it myself. I also had an Independent Saab mechaninc install rear shocks on my 9-5 that I provided (Sachs brand, same as OEM) for the same reason. It won't hurt to ask, but the belt and top pulley aren't too tough to D-I-Y.
The GM Dealer cautioned me that they won't install some owner provided parts, brake components primarily. I also imagine they would refuse to install used parts.
