The question is how did it get that way, I'd assume it was not like that when you first bought it. Did you touch different combinations of buttons simultaneously? I was trying to set my startup volume with the 2 button press and didn't remember want the combination was for that, I think it was suppose to be ON and Band(WB for earlier than 04 MY) and I used ON and RADIO instead and found that the system ran through a full test of all 8 speakers (playing only through one speaker at a time). I don't remember reading about this in the manual, it may or may not be in there. I suspect you've inadvertantly hit 2 buttons at the same time that reset the steps. Call your dealer, they should be able to look up and walk you through how to toggle between Euro and NA steps. Let us know when/how it gets put back to where it should be.
