Oil change woes

Normally I change my own oil and filter, but last time I had it done at the dealer while the car was in for some repairs. Well, today was time for the next change so I got under the car to drain the oil and couldn't budge the drain plug with my usual 13 mm ring wrench! So, I tried a 13mm socket with a 10" breaker bar - no luck, so, I put a piece of 10" pipe on the bar for additional leverage and really leaned into it! I felt it start to turn, but that was an illusion, what I felt was the head rounding off from the twisting force. At this point I gave up, as I did not have room under the car to use my impact wrench! I have no idea what they tightened it with, but I'll be complaining to them tomorrow!
Any ideas as to how to get the plug out?
