How about installing a seperate compressor cut-out circuit? That is simple and effective. An adjustable pressure switch (depending on the boost level of your engine) teed into a manifold hose, a horn relay in the compressor clutch power circuit, and you have automatic cut-out whenever your foot is planted.
Though why you need it with a powerful turbo engine is beyond me.... I had a similar set-up on an old 74 bhp Subaru - it was the only way I could accelerate up hills!
