Lots of little stuff. Weatherband is gone. Key changed, sunroof glass appeared slightly different to me (not necessarily decontenting) Brushed verses chromed interior door pulls. Trim over seat rails is gone. Bunch of interior materials such as dash, B-pillar plastic, and seat leather have been modified.
Front bumper was likely changed for cost, but allows about 1” more clearance when entering a driveway. [I assume wheels were changed for cost too. New look is fresher and better matches the 9-3 IMHO.]
Probably other little stuff I missed while focusing on driving at the Aero Academy.
Decontenting should be over with. The reason was not GM bean counters. GM tried to help Saab USA avoid the decontenting. Saab in Sweden pressures Saab USA because of the exchange rates and the reluctance to increase the prices in the US.
All of this information comes from observations and a Saab planner at the Aero Academy.
