on the wheel. Steel or Al. If it torque correctly regular socket will do. However, to remove over-torque bolt is anybody's guest. Get craftsman, if they break, just return them and complain about Chinese quality. That's what happen when I had to remove a hub nut on a Porsche (36mm at 300 ft-lbs). I used 1/2 inch breaker bar and a long pipe.
