Automatic, I would assume, $16,000 residual is 41% of $39,025 ish orignal MSRP, maybe a little more with metallic paint, or maybe that's about right for an old price car. There have been three base prices for 2004 Arcs, $34,250, $34,600 March 1st and $34,800 July 1st. So $32k lease price is around a $1.5-2k discount from MSRP less the lease incentive, which is very close to invoice.
It seems to be an excellent lease deal. You're definitly getting all the incentive, all the low rate, and a massive dealer discount too. within a point or so +/- of invoice.
I have vented seats in my 2000 9-5 Aero and I can take 'em or leave 'em, but I haven't been in any real "heat" since I got the car last year. Other folks in my mild SoCal climate swear by the vented seats. You have to spend mega-bucks to get air conditoned seats in any other brand.
Interesting total, 35 times $473 + $16k residual + $1,000 = $33,555 total lease cost for a $39+k car.
