Vibration problem

I have been posting to the general BB about a saga with my dealer replacing the front tires on my 03 Aero CPO. The car has had vibrations since the tires were replaced in early July under the premature wear bulletin from Saab/Pirelli. Each time the car goes to the dealer something else gets damaged and the vibrations are still there. I am trying to detach myself from this lousy dealer, but I am stuck until I get the car riding smoothly again. I have been told the wheels are bent by a independent Pirelli tire dealer. The Saab dealer denies this…said the tires were balanced (one was zero, one a ¼ once off) without the tires on and are true. Tires have been balance 4 times, once by a Goodyear dealer (not sure which balancer, but would imagine they have a reasonable machine). Tires were demounted and remounted once by the same Goodyear dealer. I will be speaking with Saab on Monday and wondered what I might suggest as a way to resolve this matter.
Since this was a warrantee repair, can I just go to another dealer? Is Saab or the dealer responsible for doing warrantee work correctly? I suspect I will need new wheels and possibly tires to get rid of the vibrations.
