Short belt, pulleys and some questions

Did the short belt today. The local dealership didn't know anything about it, the US part number didn't work for them, so I picked up a belt from NAPA using the Mercedes-Benz part number posted by Anders (NAPA part 25-060950). The belt fits fine, my only concern is that the tensioner is now pointing at the max tension mark. It might have been better if the belt was a centimeter or two longer.
The top idler was in a horrible state -- very loose and noisy. The car has 143K km on the clock, and I don't think anyone replaced the pulleys on it, so I put a new one on. Surprisingly, the middle idler was rock solid, I just kept it sitting there -- too tight to even try to remove it.
I have a question about the tensioner pulley. I couldn't find a key to fit in either pulley bolt or tensioner bolt. They both have hexagonal holes (for an Allen key I assume), but the clearance is poor, and I couldn't fit any of the keys I had. I assumed the tensioner bolt needs an 8 mm Allen key, and the pulley bolt looks like a 6 mm. Curiously, the new tensioner pulley I got from the dealer came with a new bolt with a regular hex head. This one should be much easier to install if I manage to get the old one off ;)
