Do a search for timing belt, tensioner, sprocket and V6 on the 9-5/9000 and the NG900 board. That will give you lots of information.
If you look at the sprockets you see that they can be used on two different cam shafts.
1-2 sprockets are interchangeable as are the 3-4 ones. You need to determine what camshaft the sprocket is mounted on and use the inner number on that sprocket to match camshaft.
When hooking up the timing belt, you use the outer numbers on the sprocket to line up with mark on backing plate.
The crank shaft holding tool you don't need at all, but the two cam shaft holding tools are really neat to have together with the tool to check up on cam shaft alignment when the belt is installed.
I would suggest that you try to get a hold of the WIS CD for the 9-5. On that CD you find ALL the information needed to do a job like this.
It is too much trying to list all the tricks when doing this kind of job.
