Won't turn over... see one of Anders posts on the subject.
If it is completely dead, as in the key turns and nothing happens, could be the starter wire connections. Which you point out they have checked at the dealer....
If it cranks well with the new battery, as in turning but not catching, it could be the fuel pump check valve OR the crank position sensor, which as many on the board know, will act funny when hot, and when it cools down, off you go.
I recently had the turning but not catching problem. Went to the dealer, where a good tech explained how a check valve in the fuel pump in the gas tank can let fuel pressure drop too low. An expensive fix.... So I suggested we just change the CPS to see if the problem would continue, and so far so good, cranks twice and starts well, even in cold weather.
