Just changed all four corners on our 2000 95 LPT wagon at 45K miles.

I bought EBC Green Stuff from TireRack for $89 delivered and the pads squeel a lot during braking (~300 miles so far). The rotors that were original on the front had 22.3mm thickness. The min is 22mm, so I changed them. SAAB pads lasted ~22K since last exchange by dealer under service agreement, but were just touching the noise indicators. I bought aftermarket rotors for fronts from local import parts store (~$70). The back rotors were from Bendix at only ($19/each) but turned out to be wrong type/size for the car (our wagon has floating type clipers in the back - same design as fronts but smaller pads, these were changed mid year on 2000 models, but the numbers matched in their catalog). Thankfully the originals were still at 9.3mm so within spec (8 mm min). Back pads were aftermarket of OEM quality for about $50 a set, EBC does not list them. I priced same brand OEM pads for front at $115/set. Bendix and Brembo rotors, OEM, Bendix, and EBC pads are also available at PEP-Boys at lower prices than at TireRack, but are special order and I had problems with my local branch in the past so I did not trust them. With special orders they do not refund.
If you are going to do it yourself, beaware of the set screws and guide pins.
On my, the front rotors were held in place by 5mm hex(allen) screws that were rusted. Needed to use a torch on them and on the caliper retaining 18mm bolts. The guide pins were 7mm hex all around but store sold me a replacemnt set with 1/4" hex and I decided not to mix it together. On the back however, the rotor is held in place by T30 torx screw, also rusted. I had two trips to local Sears branch before I was able to do the job. In all what should have taken an afternoon, took two days to complete. My 6-year old daughter helped by pumping brakes so I can bleed the old fluid out. Three years old fluid looked like old ice tea.

Hope this helps anyone who does it at home.

Jerzy
