Properly maintained, a Saab should easily last 200-250k miles. The real question is your personal tolerance for high mileage cars. For example, I sold a high-mileage '88 9000 turbo about a year ago largely because of cosmetic issues (headliner, rust spots, rip in the driver's seat, cracks in the dash) plus some maintenance items. The car itself was great, but I had owned it for 10 years and I wanted something that looked and drove newer. So I bought a 2000 9-5 Aero with 84k miles. I plan on keeping it for awhile, hopefully as long as I kept the 9000. Given my driving habits, I'm expecting to get to at least 200k before looking around again.
The 9-5s are the most reliable car Saab has ever built (much more reliable than the 9000t I kept for 10 years), and with regular maintenance you should be able to get to 200k with a minimum of fuss.
The thing with high mileage cars, though, is regular maintenance. For some reason, once people get over 100k miles, they only take the car in for service "when it needs it." But an older car needs regular, preventative maintenance as much or more than when it's under factory warranty. For example, the major service items at 30k, 60k, and 90k miles should be repeated at 120k, 150k, and 180k miles.
Don't defer maintenance, and you should be fine. Check to see if your DI cassette has been replaced, and if not, you might think about replacing it [mine hasn't been, and I'll be replacing mine soon and keeping the original as a spare in the trunk], but that's really the only **known** flaw in the car that might strand you between now and 120k.
