My 1986 C900 with 266,000 miles is finally starting to show it's age.
The only car I see that can fill the shoes of it would be the 9-5 wagon.

Saying that, since I haven't had a car payment in 8 years I cringe everytime I run the #'s through a car loan calculator...

How many people own a 9-5 with 60,000 miles - 100,000 miles and what problems do these cars have in their life out of warranty.

I'm trying to decide if I should go through the certified car program to get a factory warranty or just get the cheaper car (over 60,000 miles) and gamble with the repair costs...

I've never paid the dealer $1 and I do feel uncomfortable with all of the onboard electronics that I cannot fix with a manual and a new part!
