Pirelli has horrible customer service. This is my experience and I was told by a customer service rep at Tire Rack that they are the hardest of all the companies for Tire Rack to deal with.
That said there is an agreement with Saab to replace prematurely wearing tires <3/32 before 20K miles.
See my old post on the subject.
As for wheels, just be careful since the low profile XL tires are really stiff. An inexperience person can easily gouge the wheels. Insist at least on a rim clamp machine as opposed to having the claws dig into the inside of the wheel. A euro style mounting machine is better if you can find one as anyone can let the tire iron slip by mistake. Also balancing is tricky with stick on weights so the better the tech and machine, the better.
This should not be a problem at a good dealer. I have yet to find a dealer I like in the NY area. One was horrendous, the others two just OK.
