I have an 04 Aero manual with 6500 miles. I have a 28 mile commute to work...1/3 of which is in stop and roll traffic (really sucks), the other 2/3 is going about 80-85 mph on the highway. I usually average around 25.4 mpg.
I too seem to notice a little more spirit in my engine...perhaps the Aero academy awakened my senses....or maybe there is something true to this breaking in thing. This is my first introduction to Saab and I thoroughly LOVE the vehicle. I just wish the turbo wasn't as limited in 2nd gear. I understand they are trying to minimize wheel slippage, but I think it is tweaked down a bit too much.
