2003 Aero at dealer w/ 650 miles

Our lease is up in April and I called our sales guy to see if he had any 2002 aero wagons that had just come off lease. He said come by he might have one. We were in the area anyways so we dropped in. He takes us over to a silver 2003 aero wagon w/ only 650 miles on it. I was pretty surprised. It said it was saab certified so I assume it was titled or maybe used as a demo car or something. The dealer doesn't really push saabs being a cadillac, hummer, saab dealer. We took it for a drive. Compared to our 2002 linear it felt a little choppy. Maybe it's just the 17's and the sport suspension. The car has barely been moved in over a year to only have 650 miles on it. Would you buy a car that is a year and a half old and only had 650 miles on it? It was clear it had been neglected. There were chips in the paint presumably from door dings sitting on the lot so long and a couple scratches on it.

He also still had a 2004 aero wagon. I know the leases are pretty attractive on those.
