I have driven SAAB for over 10 years in Saudi Arabia in different areas. Some places the temperatures go upto 125 deg F with 85% humidity. Never a problem with either A/C or overheating. However, due to the heat the o-rings on the vacuum hoses can cause pressure leakages and also in some other places such as the throttle body and the turbo. Minor repairs costing less than 10 dollars. The best thing to do is to have the car tested for air leakages periodically. For all those who are suffering from stutters and stops. Get your vacuum system tested for o-ring damages before u go into D.I, Fuel, plugs and other solutions.
