and I had the PCV mod done some time ago. My car does not consume excessive oil (<1 US qt per oil change of 5000 US miles), but I had a really bad oil smell after one VERY agressive drive. The oil smell came back as we returned from a 500 mile trip, but not NEARLY as bad.
I mentioned this to the dealer, and await their finding (not the agressive part...). With Anders post Saturday, regarding the Saab PR and what we have here, I think I will wait the official line, and not reverse this.
Dean if we had time, I would have emailed you to get in contact with you and your wife. We cruised past Lawrence at 85mph on the Kansas audubon, err turnpike, about midnight. Sorry I know K10 is the Kansas Audubon.
Will keep paying attention. Thanks to all for the expert posts, much appreciated.
