My passenger side on my '86 900T was really slow or not at all. I replaced the *rocker* switch between the seats and that fixed the "not at all" problem but it was still sloooow. I wound up taking the passenger door apart and spraying wd40 into the gears and wheels and anywhere where there was metal against metal contact. It really looks like Charlie Chaplin's "Modern Times" in there. Remember to replace the masking tape holding the thermal plastic sheeting that prevents drafts if you make any cuts in it. I also sprayed wd40 down the end felt channels the window runs up and down on. That really sped things up. My passenger window now beats my drivers window by about 1.5 seconds if I hold both window swithes down at once and race them.
