Virginia issues concealed carry permits to any non-felon for $50.00. Well, except for a few select offenses. A couple years ago some big-bearded idiot in an older Ford LTD was zigzagging thru stop and go traffic like he just got fired or something. Well, he got behind me and tailgated, swerving back and forth and I could see he was cussing. I tapped the brakes to let him know I don't want to get rear ended. Not to mention I let one car over since everyone was trying to get over to the on-ramp. Then the guy gave me the finger so I returned the favor. That was the wrong move on my part because traffic came to a full stop and the guy got out. So, out of fear, I pulled my 40 cal glock (model 27) out and cocked it. I guess he saw it because he got back in his car. Luckily traffic started moving a little. I don't condone flashing pistols but I also don't want to get beat and/or killed by some idiot. Moral of story is: Never flip those nuts off or even look their way. This was on Jefferson blvd at the onramp to I-64 E for anyone in Hampton, VA.
