The symbol you describe refers to ohms, a unit of electrical resistance, not current. Current is measured in amps, usually indicated with the letter a. Therefore it's not clear what you're measuring. Make sure that the multimeter switch is set to measure DC amps.

A slowly discharging battery could just mean that the battery is old and not holding it's charge. You may also have worn brushes in the alternator so the battery never gets a good charge. Finally, you could have something in the car that's drawing current. The usual culprit is the trunk light that is switched on. Note, however, that the clock and radio always draw a small amount of current, so there's always a slow drain on the battery from them, but not enough to be noticable with a good battery if the car is driven regularly.

There's nothing in the central locking system that should produce a consistent slow draw on the battery. When you turn the key, you complete a circuit that energizes some solenoids to move the locking mechanisms. It's possible that the switch might stick in the "on" position, but in that case, the system probably wouldn't work properly.

To test it, pull the fuse that controls the central locking system (fuse 24 by the wiring diagram) and see if the problem persists. Alternatively, unplug the unit in the driver's door. Chances are that you won't find any change in the behavior of the car.
