I bet you have a vacuum line somewhere with a nice crack in it that is sucking outside ait through, and making a little wheezy noinse under the dash, or maybe in the engine compartment. Anyone can fix it, but in some cases it helps to be a dwarf, or a gnome with really long arms (picture that). I'm 6'3", and let me be the first to tell you that it just AINT comfy cramming myselfunder the dash, back on the seat, head on the brake pedal, staring up holding a flashlight in my mouth. What a pain. However, I would never trust anyone other than myself to do the job thoroughly and right the first time. In fact, I was in that exact situation last night in my new (86) 9000T. Went through and replaced all of the lines, got rid of a few noises, solved a lowbeam issue, and installed some slick foglights all in less than 4 hours. Yes, my neck is broken, and I'm bruised up, but the car is running even better than it was before, and I'm happy.
