glad to hear you had some justice in your case. In Maine, they take care of there own .... I recall writer Steven King had issues, and he is semi local.
in my case, i was just glad to be ok ... bike was not. I was lucky to have a lot of experience going over the h-bars and gaining falling skills while learning MTB skills, and had burned in some mental exercises I used to rehearse while doing 30K+ miles on my motorcycles, regarding jumping if a car was about to hit me ...
you should see the pursuit bike I helped design for the 88 olympics, but was banned at last minute! slickest in wind-tunnel tests.
