No problem Todd. The gasket kit comes with a tube of Red gasket maker. The brand name is Loctite 518. When applied to the mateing surfaces, it will dry with the absence of air. This stuff works great. I just re sealed a 87 900 Turbo with great results. No leaks anywhere. I also used it to seal the engine to transmission surfaces along with the steel gasket. Use some on both sides of the gasket, not too much just enough to coat the gasket. When you install the engine to transmission, several bolts that secure the gear box to engine must have thread locker installed. This is to prevent leaks of gearbox oil. Use Loctite 242, otherwise called Blue Loctite. Most of the bolts down the left side of the gear box that fasten the engine to gearbox. These bolt holes are drilled through the gearbox into the sump where the gears and shafts are.
