I don't think ther are any differences except that in '93 there was a special edition with 185HP (black/tan only). There may have been different colors available, but I don't think so. The 91-93 all have ABS, SRS, and power everything. There were more 91's than 92's or 93's so they may be easier to find (30k to 15k each for 92 and 93). I would not get one that did not have the 9k brakes (88+) and 9k seats (89/90?). I am 5'7" and have trouble seeing traffic signals without craning my neck. That and these cars are not that quiet are my only complaints. I have had 4 and currently have 2 C900's (both 92 900T). These cars are extremely comfortable for long drives.
