As Keith said, there are virtually no differences... the last update to the 900 happened in 1991, when the transmission was beefed up a little more, power seats were added, the factory alloys changed slightly (still 15x5.5") and the 2.1l engine replaced the non-turbo 2.0l. After that, they didn't change with the *exception* of 1994, where assymetric 3-spoke wheels replaced the stock alloys, and the Red APC Box and 2.8bar fuel pressure regulator were fitted to all the convertibles yielding 185hp - presumably, this was to make them seem more similar to the "New Gen" 900 hardtops with 185hp standard.
There is a rumor I've heard that the synchros in MY1991 5-speed cars may have problems. I've never really hard any serious support for the argument, but have heard it several places. Your call whether it's a rumor or not... :)
