Is your central locking control unit. The turbo overpressure switch is exactly where Monster describes. In addition to flexing the vent out of the way, it helps to detach the relay harnesses. There's no need to unplug anything, just unscrew the bolt attaching each "cluster" of relays to the metal structure under the dash.
If your overboost switch fails, it will NOT activate the fuel cutoff. If your switch works as planned, the fuel cutoff will be activated somewhere between 1/4 - 1/2 of the way into the red on the turbo gauge. Having your fuel cutoff activated when driving is quite an unpleasant experience.
