Check that your 1 small rubber bumper near each latch up top are intact. They're there to take up squeeking room slack. You can also lubricate (white grease, graphite, silicone etc) all the metal latch surfaces in contact with one another. Check that all screws, bolts etc. are tight.
At least that did it on my 4-door. Drove me nuts too.
If the squeeking's pretty regular, you might want to have someone sit in the back first while you're driving and apply pressure & pulls to various areas to try to isolate it. Then you know where to concentrate your lubing.
