That's terrible! Seems like #4 is the only one with the right rating there... The only real things that could cause this are seriously out of whack camshafts (timing), a bad seat on the head, or dead piston rings... I had the latter happen to me on an old BMW of mine - had a leak at the head gasket so I replaced it. Once everything was back together, I found out one of the cylinders had no compression. Doh! You could try a leak down test, and verify that the cylinders are at least holding their weak compression.
