Do you really want an aftermarket steering wheel or just a steering wheel?
There are airbag replacement covers available on the open market that allow an airbag wheel to be operated without the airbag, with obvious safety implications.
You might want to reconsider operating the car without an airbag. There are separate safety requirements for seatbelts on cars with airbags...the airbag is a supplementary safety restraint and without it the seatbelts may not be enough.
Further, if the impact was sufficient to deploy the airbag, the seatbelts have been stretched and should also be replaced. Insurance usually pays for both airbag and seatbelt replacement unless you choose to operate without collision insurance. And a $1000 potential airbag and seatbelt alone replacement potential let alone metal bent is generally justification for collision insurance.
