Try unscrewing the floor of the fusebox from the housing and inspect underneath there for bad wiring... It's unlikely on such a new car, but worth checking. Also, don't overlook the possibility of other ground points causing the problem, especially the main front ground point where the battery grounds to. Worth inspecting.
It's also possible your turn signal stalk may be defective or damaged inside, causing it to route power back down its ground point and screwing with other systems. If you've got one, try a spare, or simply remove your stalk and see whether the other problems persist.
Could also be a bad headlight relay - they are relatively complex, and I suppose if it went bad in a major way power could end up going down its ground, though I've never heard of this happening.
I would fix this problem before driving too much - power in the wrong place could have negative effects on unrelated and expensive systems. Don't wanna blow up a FI ECU or SRS ECU if you can help it.
