How ironic I was driving last week and saying to myself "geez...I love driving this car" when that exact same "hiccup" happened one second after that thought! I couldn't believe it! My husband took it for a road trip yesterday (100+M) and told me it was doing it the whole trip. My palms get all sweaty when my spg talks back...it has a rebuilt tranny so I figure it's the turbo that's gonna go next. I really want to keep this on the road in great shape but when something goes wrong...this 42 yr ol' mom with 3 kids gets worried. If you're suggesting it may only be the fuel cut-out switch then I do have some hope that this next bill at my saab-only mechanic may not be in the triple plus digits. Last month it was the fuel pump and the battery...
OH...but it's a shiny black with the works...I REALLY like driving it...had my first speeding ticket in it at the old age of 40! Can't hear the radar scanner beep when the sunroof is open and the radio is blaring (no kids). My husband wants me to surrender it for an Explorer as that's what I traded it in for...it's 12 years old...NONONO...I'm really grateful for this board as it gives me a little knowledge before sending it to the "wrenches".
