I have been purchasing headliner material from a local auto-upholstery shop. I called around to a bunch of them, and I picked the one with the best price per yard. They charge me $15/yd. for nice thick 1/4" material. They have all kinds of colors, too. Check out your phone book. Some shops won't sell it to you, but most will.

For your car, you'll need a little more than 2 yards (to do the sunroof, and sail panels too) Hint: When installing the liner, don't forget to leave space when cutting out the material inside of the sunroof hole for it to overlap the edge inside the car. DON'T cut it to over lap that area of the headliner itself, or you will have a nice black ring around the sunroof hole. It doesn't get glued there, but rather gets pinched by the molding that runs around the edge.
