N/A, 87; Turbo, 92. All grades of fuel will work since the on board knock sensor will detect premature fuel detonation and adjust to prevent knock. The problem is that this effectively "detunes" the engine, decreasing performance and mileage. This occurs primarily with the turbo, under boost conditions (when the combustion chamber has the highest temperature and pressure). Most n/a will do fine, even under load/WOT conditions, with 87 octane.
