Wow, you have done a lot. Will the car accelerate? Could it be something as simple as a clogged air filter? How about a split in one of the intake hoses? Will it develop boost or is idling all it is capable of right now. Did you clean the AIC when you verified operation? It could be fuel pressure, but it would have a problem accelerating as fuel demand rises and it cannot supply enough for the engine. Make sure the fuel pump is running. Also make sure the feed pump is also running. As the car does not run currently, how much fuel is in the tank? If it is very low, it could be that the feed pump is bad and not allowing the main bowl to fill. When you fill the tank, this will minimize. I hope the rambling discussion is intelligible.
