Also, Chris, don't be too certain you've eliminated all the vacuum problems. (Voice of frustration and experience, here!) You said you replaced the lines, but did you test them? I have long extolled the virtues of the little Mity-Vac hand pumps... disconnect each vac line from your intake manifold and draw vacuum on it with the hand pump. Watch the gauge and see what it does. Some lines have slow or even rapid leaks, even when you've replaced them, because whatever they're connected to is broken. Also, sometimes it's hard to spot a busted vacuum tee. 15 minutes under the hood with a MityVac might give you the answer you're looking for... and wouldn't it be nice if it was something as simple as a cracked plastic tee?
