recently completed 's' to turbo transplant, new engine, etc. still working on small bugs. put in known bad apc to keep it at base boost for break-in period. so keep in mind this all occurs at 5 psi and under. under acceleration (exagerated when cold and heavy load (i.e. up hill in morning)), throttle held in one position, boost at constant level, i feel power, then release, then power, then release as i go up through the rpm range. i'm not flooring it, and i have been shifting at or below 3k rpm to keep it breaking in for now, so it doesn't seem like i'm leaning out at the top end. my instinct is that it feels like a fuel problem and not spark. checked and re-checked spark gap, brought from .028 down to .025, but will take it back to .028 this weekend. replaced amm with brand new one last night and noticed significant improvement, but seems to still be there. checked 02 sensor last night and voltage is fluctuating like it should. only difference is resistance is around 9 ohms instead of around 4. btw, it was a 90 900s, now has 89t engine bay wiring harness(for apc), 90 ignition harness, and 89 ecu. any thoughts on what might be causing the hunting? thanks.
