How do I drain the manual tranny on 92 900S?

Bentley says there is no drain plug on my 92 900S and neither can I find one myself. Just wanting to do some preventative maintenance by changing the tranny oil. Anyone know how I can drain this tranny? If possible, what is best oil to refill with? Thanks.
