Not sure if you mean no crank, when you say no turn over. JohnB assumed you meant that the starter would not crank and therefore suggested a starter circuit check. But your no relay click symptom is saying something else, your main relay and fuel pump relay are not getting a signal from the ECU. If you crank but not start, and you don't hear the relays, the problem could be ignition switch related(try a generous shot of WD40 down the keyhole), but you might have a Hall effect problem at the distributor or a whole list of other things. Check out the condition of the plastic plug at the distributor. They are fragile and often crack. If it's OK, then the Hall sensor itself might be bad. Easiest way to check is to swap in a known good distributor to see if the problem goes away. Beyond this, review the no start trouble shooting procedure in the Bentley manual or the townsendimpots.com technical documents.
