Are you prepared to be able to tighten the drivers' side shock upper shaft/nuts when you install? Without the right tools, it is very hard to get the shock bushing tight enough on the drivers' side, leading to clunks or at least a somewhat loose ride. Pick up the special socket to tighten the shock shaft while holding the nut with an open end wrench. The shock shaft socket is available at good parts stores. Lisle labels the socket for GM X-body cars. If you can't find one, an air wrench with a long socket and extension can spin the nut fast enough to overcome the nylok nut insert. If you can't get an air wrench, screw the nut on the shaft several times before you install the shock, to loosen up the nylock. Lube the threads with wd-40 before you install, and you might get lucky and be able to tighten the nut with a regular deep socket. Or you could revert to the old method of using two regular nuts...one to tighten the bushing and the other, right on top of the first as a lock nut. I'd do the shocks and balljoints first, and then the rack and tie-rod ends followed by alignment. Good luck.
