If it was me, i'd almost definitely keep it. But i guess it all depends, those problems you listed aren't necessarily big ones. Valve tapping is command in many saabs, and not really that bad for anything other then you ears most of the time, and it is usually relatively easily fixed. I think, from what ive read here, that it is actually just a few small plastic pieces that direct the oil to the valves that get old, but im ure others have more info on htat subject. As for the oil burning, it could be your piston rings (bad) or i could just be the bearing seals in your turbo. In this case, a turbo rebuild isn't too pricey, around a few hundred bucks. The weakest link in your car has already been replaced (the tranny) so you dont have to worry about that, and your body sounds next to perfect so thats sounds good as well, so my vote is to get her checked out my a good saab mechanic, and make your decision.
