New wheel bearings = seized brake caliper??

Hey, any help on this wil be appreciated: I had the dealer install new front wheel bearings and drove the car home tonight no problem (about 20 minutes). Later on that night I go back in the car and we headed down the driveway. Heard a nasty noise of metal on metal from front right. Drove around the block and it didn't get better. Parked car and took right wheel off. Disk brake rotor was *tight*, seemed seized. Removed the pad "pins" and after a bit of (gentle) tapping with the back of a wrench the brake pads could be moved but it looked like the caliper piston was jammed on. Replaced the pins. So the big question is:: is this a coincidence or did the installation of the new bearings give the dealership an opportunity to screw up my brakes. If the latter, how can I prove it??
Thanks
