Mike,
I have posted several times my experiences converting my 90. Do the "search other posts" function so I don't bore everybody again. My compressor was OK, and I installed new hoses (all), Oil, Orings, dryer, and conversion fittings came on the new hose set for both hi & low side. You need the Bentley for oil volumes & places to put it; follow the conversion kit instructions about "when" to put it in or you will evacuate it all out via. the pump!
You need vacuum gages (134A style) and access to a vac. pump to do the triple evac. recommended. My conversion came out fine and cools as well as the R12 ever did, in fact in spite of consistent opinions to the oposite, if you observe the pressure/temp. charts for R12 and compare to R134A, there is no difference. However old theories die hard and that one has been around a while.
Good luck.
